Have I lost my Lab Ray?

I have had the lab ray for at least two years(?) now. This morning instead of finding the results of what the lab did to my pet, I was redirected to the "OOPS! Settings are preventing you from accessing this page" thing.
I know there have been instances where other people have lost their lab ray... is this what happened?

I dont even want to THINK about having to go through the overly expensive process of buying one again

No, that means your browser settings are stopping you from using it. Or something.

Did you install ad blocking or a firewall recently? You might have to change your settings.

If you would have lost it, you wouldn't have even been able to fire it, it would have showed up as a blank map like the other maps do.

*lost his lab map once back in the day when it was possible to lose them*

Hmm...

Well I havent changed any settings, nor installed anything. I dont have norton or any ad blockers. I used the lab last night, so I dont understand how it doesnt work this morning.

Guess Ill try the settings changes neopets suggests...again

Well apparently everything is fine, as I just used the lab with no problem. I have a feeling it was something on neopets end. Maybe a lil burp in the connection *shrug* who knows.
