I doubt it is a new type of RE, I know darts/arrows have been given out on the site through REs for a long time now, I always seem to get them as REs when I'm desperate for neopoints and could do with the odd codestone. Congratulations on the dart though

As for Asper Gen himself, I'm not sure who he is, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything major on him. He must just be some random character they have around.

Ooooh Jasper Gen, that would be why I didn't find him in the Trade Cards that, and the fact that for some inexplicable reason I was looking up the Skeiths *shakes head* I think maybe I need to get some sleep, eh?

I think so. I hear that you need sleep because it consolidates your what you learn into memory during deep sleep or REM.
