Lutari...?

Someone has a Red Lutari that they created... and it's only 1 hour old. So does this mean there's a way to get Lutari's now... or what?

(I wont give away the name here.. but if you want to see it PM me I suppose if that's not against the rules or anything..)

I saw the post about it on the Neoboards.. so um.. if this is spam then please lock.

Edit : It seems Neopets turned that pet into a Red Kougra. =x

Wow, I was just on the guy's lookup a minute ago- it definitely was a Lutari. Quick response for TNT, eh...
