I was frozen on selling or trading pets or accounts, which I never did.

I was unfrozen after almost 12 months {Very close to the limit of 1 year}

hey, I didn't know you but how did you get unfrozen after 12 months!? Neopets told me it was too long to unfreeze my account and that was about 6 months! Were they lying to me?

Yeah. I told the guy that the limit was 12 months and that other staff members told me that and he unfroze me !

Yeah. I was right at the 12 month limit to. I was at about 11 months and a few days.
