I was looking around the slushie shop and the peanut butter slushie was SHAKING. What does it mean? Is it any different from the other slushies?

It means:
1) You are experiencing an earthquake ... and your computer is shaking.
2) You are unsteady on your feet ... and wobbling back and forth.
or
3) Nothing. Some of the slushies move around. Nothing more special about them than the others ... just a "neat" effect.

It could also mean a gremlin attacked adam whilst it was being added to the site.

Not exactly scary, per se. "Disturbing" is more the word for it, I think. And yes, it is.
