I was just wondering if anybody had opened up the Neopets 6th Birthday Goodie Bag and knew what was inside. I don't know if its worth it to open it or sell it as is.

It's almost never worth it to open them. Sell it, let somebody else play the patsy.

they're sold in the toy store on neopet's birthday. too late for this year, but there's always next.

I think that the bags are also given out through random events the rest of the year, but I'm not sure.

I opened one and got 3 items (blower, hard candy, and hat) all containing the phrase Neopets 6th Birthday. I did a search on this and there are several items that contain this phrase 'Came from Neopets 6th Birthday Goodie Bag' or something to that effect.

I've never known them to retire Birthday things so quickly - what was it this year? less than 2 days? (I had to get one off the Trading Post yesterday, as I was a victim of the glitch for the 2 days they were "live items", so I couldn't purchase anything from shops.)
Last years bags only got retired some time this year, and the year before, they were up for at least a month.
Not fair, especially considering that there was a major database error that was eradicating items left , right and centre.

Just sell them. Their more worth that way. Goddie bags are seldom worth. (:
