For Neopets ONLY discussion.

I have been playing neopets since about Y2, but keep forgetting my old account and start over (hence why it appears I have not been a member that long).
Over the summer I decided to let my twin 8 year old daughters sign up and have their own accounts. I usually do not let them play the same day as me, as I have often played games and gotten NP for thier accounts so they can get things or feed thier pets. I usually play one account a day for them during the school year. I signed them up using a separate email account than I use for my personal account, but knowing that they are looking at things like IP addresses worries me. They will be home for winter break the next two weeks and will probably want to play every day. Can we all get frozen if we all do the advent calendar and other only 1 account type activities? I would hate to think that they will lose thier accounts because we all share a computer.
And of course this issue is not covered anywhere that I could find on Neopets.

There is (sadly) always the potential. I believe the 'rule of thumb' is that all three accounts have seperate e-mails. Also posting on your user lookup that your computer is a family one with multiple players. There are even pretty graphics people make saying such.
If you are VERY worried, buy the daily two of every item (they are usually less than 300 np) and send them to your twins. They can watch the animation on your account when you play.

do you know where you can get the graphics from?

The girls should each have their own email - you can set them up and just don't tell the girls what they are, and that way you can check the emails to make sure nothing bad's getting in.
The only thing I wonder about that is if under 13 is allowed to change an email.
The best thing to do is write to support, give them all the information you can - account names, emails, dob, etc., just to let them know that there are 3 people using the same computer, that the girls are very young, things like that.
Do not include that you are logging into the accounts to play games or anything else - that is definitely against the rules.
As far as putting something on your lookups, it's worth a try but I seem to remember hearing that TNT doesn't look at those if they decide to freeze for multi-accounting.
