Uh. Why?
Has anyone ever had a reason to check the weather forecast on the new features page? Why does it appear sometimes and most of the time not appear? Does it do anything? I wanted to ask the group before asking the editorial if they could make a 'weather watchers' avatar or something.

I believe you get an avatar if you visit it when the weather is "gloomy."

Yep, also if you have an icy snowflake you get another av for visiting terror mountains weather.

OH. XD Wow im so slow. It took me just now to remember that weather was broken up into diffrent parts of neopia... Sorry xD!
