Lucky Space Faerie Charm

Is there a significance to the Lucky Faerie Space Charm on the user lookup other than to connote Premium status?

The charm is gotten after so many referrals of people who actually sign up and stay for at least a month (paying). The charm will randomly double the np amount of one game for the day.

Really? I hadn't heard of that. I thought it was just for show. Is there anyway to tell which game it doubles? Like will it say on the game "Double NP" or will you just find out after you send score?

Um, no. You get it when you've referred two people to premium and they've signed up. Nothing to do with popularity.

It is the reward for the second premium referal.

It pops up a window every so often picturing the charm saying your neopoints have gone from this to that for the game and ooh how did that happen.

I think it's a good thing that Neopets encourages people to build a community. It's nice that they have attainable rewards.

Did the other Premium members who lost their lucky space faerie charm and access to the petpet lab ray get theirs back yet? Mine are still missing.

Also, I refered a friend and she's on her 15 day trial now - her neomail and portal work, but she's still seeing ads and other things are screwy too.

I cannot find any, just a list of the different things you get for the number of people successfully referred. It just seems to doule your points randomly for one game each day, I've never had it happen more often than that for me, and sometimes it doesn't happen at all.

Hallucinating, you might want to call the number listed on premium.neopets.com, I do know of people who've had their charm returned already. I don't know anything about the situation, they could be doing it in a case by case basis and may not have gotten to everyone yet, but it would be a good idea to contact them and make sure they know yours is missing. As for your friend, she should call as well. Premium is still in beta mode, they're still working out the kinks. If they don't know someone is experiencing a problem, they can't fix it

The charm seems to pop up for me when I play an average of 10-15 games each day. It's random, but if you play a few games every day you'll most often have it double your np on one. I've never played an extreme amount of games to see if it will pop up more than once, but I bet it wouldn't. TNT does try hard to make sure premium players don't have a distinct advantage, since we're paying for the premium features -not to play neopets.

The horrible thing with the charm is that if you try a game and realize you hate it, but collect the 3np you made from playing it anyhow, and the charm activates...you will only have gained 3np extra :roflol:
