Play a refreshing-intensive game like Neoquest II or Sewage Surfer, and fill your inventory with worthless junk. That's how I did it. As I played Neoquest II, I got a Basic Golden Nerkmid, a Koi Transmogrification Potion, and two faerie quests. Believe me, it works.
