I found it. I'm really tired, so forgive me for a bad hint.

You'll find this MP in one of the few places on the site that features non-Neopet creatures.

Edit: *Waves at neoboarders* You can't think of any creatures on the site that are not Neopets? I can think of a few... like the esophagor, and those weird bugs in swarm, and the marblemen, and that beast in the cave in Tyrannia... none of those are an "official" Neopet or petpet species.
