you bid some neopoints, i think, and you request for an item. if someone thinks that you have a good offer, they then give you that item and they get your neopoints. dont quote me on that though.

Plus don't request for PBs they'll give u plushies instead of the item

it has nothing to do with other people and offers and such. that would be auctions. this well is operated by bots, or so i believe. yeah, they go through the wishes and pick some somehow and grant them the item. and i don't think they give the extremely reare items anymore, since before, i saw like, fully rainbow p/bs as granted. but now, it's a mash of random stuff. and i also believe that the amount you donate has little to no effect on your chances of winning

I've always seen it as similar to the lottery. Its completely random from what I can see
