Missing Avatars :(

I got on this morning and got the new Darigan Peophin avatar. When going to update my siggy (I show how many avatars and the latest one I've gotten) I noticed that it said that my latest was the Kiko Ninja one. I said to myself "That's odd." Because I know that the latest one I had gotten was the NQII- Weakling ava. So I updated my sig and go to my pull down list... I'm missing the 2 latest avatars I got, Coco Roller, and NQII Weakling!!!! 
Luckily, I say to myself, I still have my Coco Roller code. So I go and put it into the code place and I get this:

Send a contact form to support - tell them you're being told you've already used that code, so that's proof that you DID have the avatar, and now you don't.

Should I submit it under bug reports?

Here's the bug report I sent, hope it works out:
I had the Coco Roller avatar before. I had entered the code and everything, and had the avatar for a while. Screenshot of geting the avatar: http://medievalneo.aurexoul.com/storage ... oller1.gif
However, when I got on this morning, I went to my chat prefrences, and my Coco Roller avatar was gone. When I went to type in my code again, it said that I had already used the code, but I dont' have the avatar: http://medievalneo.aurexoul.com/storage ... oller2.gif
Please help me out...

hmm...sounds convincing enough for me, as long as you have the screenies there shouldn't be any problems. went to check mine, all are still there...

Yes, I heard that some avatars were missing everywere, some of my neofriends and other people on Ppt.I don't understand about it.

Yes. I'm missing my chockato and let it snow avatars. Luckily I borrowed the stuff from a friend so I can again. Still is mega frustrating though!
