Wheel of Knowledge won't load

For some reason, the WoK gets stuck on 10/16 images loaded every time i go to spin it.

I tried deleting my cookies, temporary files and History, but this has not helped.

I get this too but mine doesn't even load at all. I've done everything like update flash and shockwave programs and it still won't help. If you do find out what's wrong can you let me know?

Try upgrading your shockwave level.

Sometimes it gives me some sort of server error.

i keep getting the" images wont load please click here to refresh"message. i keep refreshing untill i can spin

Try Arka's solution as Arka's solution helped me as Whack-A-Kass was not loading for me for the past 3 days so today I did the delete files thing Arka said to do and it loaded up first time for me.

Below is Arka's solution the to problem:

I did that. It did not work for me. I've done everything I can possibly think of. Also does anyone else have to download the click sounds or is that just me? I don't know why does that. I really want to play these wheels. I've even thought about contacting neopets but I don't know what to say. Can someone help?
