should i be worried about getting frozen?

No you shouldn't be worried about being frozen. However, I believe the person sending is going to be iced for advertising a site, especially a site with content like that (no matter since it's seems like this person is just using that account to spam I think.)

Just report the message to the Team. I've gotten them before, like Rune said you won't be frozen especially if you report it.
