No "above 13 privileges" on Neo?

I had my 13th birthday on Thursday, but I still cannot use Neomail or any of the other "13+ privileges" on Neo. Is it normal for it to take some time or does it work differently since I last checked? O_o

Sometimes I think it can take a little while for TNT to catch up with your change of age status. I'd give it a few days (at least through the weekend). If it hasn't changed by next Thursday (that's giving them a week to update), then maybe write in to Support and let them know.

You are not the only one having this problem, I know a few people who are like you. I suggest you email the support, that might help :)

There's some kind of issue with Neopets recognizing how old your account is, too. My shield should say "4 years" (I've been a member since August 13, 2000), but it hasn't changed over from "47 months" yet. Hopefully they get it fixed.

Yeah. I get that all the time with the account sheild. It's allways diferent from what it says on the neo boards.

Yeah, I saw that. :) Hopefully it means they'll resolve it soon.

Sometimes it doesn't happen automatically at all, to some people. >.< However, like was said before, you should email their support.
