Problems with IDB? (lockable)

trying to look up the differences between muffins, and I can't get on the Battlepedia. Anyone else having issues, or is it my comp?

Good, thanks. I didn't get the "Servers are down" screen for at least three minutes... so I didn't know if it was my computer running slow or not. Thanks! I suppose this is lockable now.
