My acct got frozen

i had a 14mt acct it got frozen 7/16 the last day of the bc said i cheated in the beauty contest 1 my unis were in it all week only to get frozen teh day its ending! ive sent the frozen form for over a month and all i got was you were frozen for cheating! i didn't cheat i entered my hand drawn unis now i have to start all over they wont even reply to my inquirys
