Whatever happened to the "last spotted" function?

I'm not sure if this has been brought up, but I have noticed that the "last spotted" function in Neopets (under the user lookup) has not been working for quite a long time. It was supposed to track your activity on the site, but now it has reverted to recording when you last logged in. What has happened to it? o_O

I noticed that too, although mine now says "Under one day ago" because I just logged in

Yeah, Neopets stated somewhere (I think in the editorial) that they changed the last spotted thing to refresh when you log in. They did this to encourage everyone to log out when they're finished playing. Which, I for one, never do.

Yeah, I've apparently last been spotten 58 days ago.

I also miss the "Last Posted" function which could be incredibly useful. So logically, TNT got rid of it.

Hmm... I wonder why it had went all weird like that. I liked the last seen when it tracked your activity, then I could actually tell who was online or not...

Logging out isn't a problem for me. If I don't do it, someone else will.

Yeah that was awesome. It's a lot more useful than the last spotted thing, because i never really log out, so people could think i am unactive, when i really am on everyday.

I only log out when I really have. Logging back in is just really annoying now that they've got that security code. I'm glad that they have it, but I hate typing in all those letters and numbers. -_-

I remember that "Last Posted" thing, that was awesome. You could click on it and go to the board they last posted in. Well, one of the boards they last posted in because I found that there was usually posts hours after the one that showed up on my friend's userlookup.

Yeah, except sometimes it wasn't always the last post you made.

The Last Spotted thing was really useful, because I could tell if the player was active. But now they've switched back to the Last Logged In thing, which isn't getting people to log out everytime.

Hey, TNT, stop changing stuff like this and work on writing new rules!

Yeah...the last logged in one is annoying. I don't log out for the same reason as Hpfan36. People think I'm inactive, but I'm really on daily.
