Adoption limits???

Are there any limits on adopting pets?
Does your account have to be a certain age before you can adopt?
Can you adopt more than one neopet a day? Back to back? or do you have to wait a certain time period?

I believe the only adoption limit is that you can only disown one pet a day. But that's not really adopting, is it? I'm not really sure, I'm don't usually adopt pets.

I don't believe there is any limit on adopting (only abandoning). When I've made new accounts I always adopt from the Pound straight away rather than creating another pet and if I remember correctly, I've never had a problem adopting more than one pet in a day
