A new Caption Contest has just gone live with a bit of a Faerie theme.

We have some new Buddy Icons for you to choose from.

Use your creative skills to think of the next part of this week's Story Telling Competition!
"Ha! Nice try matey, but me last dice be a four!" Grimtooth declared, pushing the dice forward for all to see. The other players groaned. What were the odds of that? "Looks like I have a perfect 24! Sorry gentlemen, looks like this ol' Krawk has won again." He reached out his claws and pulled the pool of Neopoints towards him.

This week's Minigolf Spotlight award has been given to Cool_nash92, for their course - The Palm Resort.

Orange, Mutant and Shadow Kougras have been updated.

Tennas, Abominable Snowballs, Sludgies and Tanizards can now be painted Sketch at the Petpet Puddle. We have also changed Abominable Snowballs to be Wintery Petpets rather than Spooky Petpets, which makes more sense.

The first Pet Spotlight award of the week goes to Spootums the Wocky.

This rather artistic rendition of Meridell will look great as your Desktop Background!

Now when you ride on the Roo Island Merry Go Round, you will now see an animation.

There are some new pictures for you to look at in the Art Gallery.

Nothing interesting, only that I don't really like the Mutant Kougra, the ears are very strange...

I think the mutant kougra is better than the old one and I like the orange kougra, looks like a tiger

Hmm what I notice is the ear on our left has err..raggedy edges for lack of a better description, in the circle pose, while in the other pose it looks almost like the edges are smooth...at least thats what it looks like to me.

Also now that I look at it, the mutant Kougra is almost shaggy in places in some pictures, but not in others...

I love the revamped colours (surprise, surprise xP). The ears took me by surprise, but I'm forever thankful that they made the claws smaller. Now the poor fella looks like he can walk without tripping over his own claws (ouch!).

Probably because it looks like a mummy after its been unwrapped. XD

Honestly, when I saw those Buddy Icons, I couldn't tell what they were until I figured out that they were those blob things from Freaky Factory. Who, I have to wonder, would want Buddy Icons like those? I was hoping that a Royalboy Acara icon would be released, because I'd like something better than a highly distorted 80x80 pet image :roll:

Aye, the new Mutant Kougra is awesome. Too bad mine was frozen when I gave my account away... Kinda miss the little guy. Almost makes me want to get another one... almost.

I love the game Freaky Factory! I just wish they'd make those blobs into plushies!

I wish they'd revamp the halloween kougra already, but looking at where we are on the calendar they're probably going to make us wait till halloween :cry:
