Shop of Offers & very rich slorgs

Forgive me if someone's already posted this - I checked and didn't see a one.

After completing a survey, saw this link: http://www.neopets.com/shop_of_offers.p ... highstreet

Clicked a slorg and got this:

Hm, I've never seen this before. Got 100 NP for clicking the Slorg.

But anyways, what's the ?sooref=highstreet part of the URL for? This link without it seems to work exactly the same.

Yeh, I got 100 neopoints as well. Not THAT rich though, even for a slorg.

The sooref=highstreet part means that you've just come from the main shops page.

I've gotten 100nps and 50nps before. I have to agree with Weewoo they're not really that rich, I have to say they are generous though

I'm guessing you can go find a Slorg once a day...

I got 50 twice in a row before I posted. Just now got 100, but it is technically a different day now

I don't know about the highstreet part of the url - I went there from a survey the first time. I just copied the link from my browser's address window, but I did have to go and find it when I decided to post, so I'm not sure where I came from. lol

i saw that yesterday, but no slorgy appeared for me, just what looked like moles tunneling all over my screen 0.o

The highstreet when you click via the shops, there is a different link if you click via your inventory "Earn NPs" part, you can do 2 a day.

oh okay, how long is thos going to take? the slorgs just seem to go round and roun on my screen, al least i think its the slorgs..

either that's new or I just didn't get a slorg the other day when I was there. got the slorg today tho, and 100 np.

My cynical side says that maybe they're hoping you'll miss the moving target and accidentally click on one of the ads... Or else they were hoping to drive traffic to the shop of offers by the word getting out that you can get free NP there without going to a sponsor.

I have mozilla, and the slorg doesn't load for me for some reason, but I see the broken image moving. o_O

And I don't see the thing at the bottom of the page saying there are ads on the page... tsk, tsk...
