I thought they'd fixed it so your free spin was free.

I know in an editorial they said that they were going to fix it, but it still charges me... so I'm assuming they forgot or something.
I think that Neopets thought they had fixed it..

Therefore, what I would do is use a regular bug report choose the Wheel of Knowlodge game and let them know it is still charging for the implied free spin.
If users don' t let them know it's not fixed, it will remain an unintenially booby prize for the Wheel of Knowledge.

It has been fixed. I haven't been charged for repeat spins.

I still get charged.
The only difference I can see is that it used to say
Now it says
Note the lack of the word free
Maybe that's the fix they meant?

No, there are actually two different free spins. One is the twirly arrow sign, which signifies a free spin, and when you get it they will say that "You have been paid back the cost of the spin" (ungrammatical, I know.
)". I have forgotten the sign of the other one, but I know that it only lets you spin again, but still charges you for it.
