Cannot Create Guilds?

I keep on trying to create this one guild and it wont let me.
The page goes to a blank white page.

That's because TNT is cleaning out guilds which hold contests. According to others, you can't join or leave guilds too.

Yeah...it's a right pain, I've got about 5 people waiting to join my guild but can't because of the glitch...

Maybe this is some sort of eventual phasing out of guilds that TNT is planing on doing.

I just cleared my guild front of any links (homepage etc), don't want to loose my guild because of any contests 
(never even use them, I just chat to people in mine)
