Pant Devil not appearing?

Numerous time I've got the Pant Devil on a wheel, and not recieved the challenger - is this a glitch, because I can recall TNT saying that if he stole something via the wheel, then you'd get him as a challenger... o_O

I got it on my account a long time ago. I haven't actually got the pant devil from the wheel in ... over a year now.

I havn't even got the pant devil once on the wheel, nor has he stolen from me

Grrr! I'd give him my 200 dubloon if he could just steal from me xD

Something has happened!
The pant devil attacks!!! He steals 'Glowing Jelly'

Oh he's alive and well! Got me about 5 min ago! And yes the WoE is the only wheel where you can get him as a challenger. I think he's more rare on the WoE than he is in random events though, so if you need him as a challenger keep cheap stuff in your inventory and play things like NeoQuest that make you refresh a lot.

I was pretty mad that the Pant Devil got to attack freely from the Wheel of Misfortune, but yeah, they only let you get the challenger from the RE or WoE

You most likely do, check your battle dome active 1 player challengers, I remember I got him before they released him as the battledome challeneger on the wheel, they said it was an error and fixed it, and if you got him from the wheel before you'd have him now. On my new acconut I can't get him.

I've been looking out for him, but never got it. It stole once from me when I was a New Member, so I didn't have the defenders of neopia mission. Also I have gotten it twice in the WoE but I don't have him as challenger.

Been on for two years, got him only once from the wheel of excitement after the news about getting him as a challanger, and never saw him again. I think he might attack people based on account names (Like Shop Wizard result prevalence- you're more likely to have your shop picked if your account name begins with a certain number or letter, etc.)

Yes, he stole a book from us about 2 months ago , and then we got him as a challenger too,

now to work out how to beat him...

thats what i think. and i don't like it, i logged into my newest gallery account *although its 8 months old* and i've possibly only been in there for less than an hour, alltogether, and he steals posionous jelly.

and i log into my main every single day, visit tonnes of pages, and do not get him. 3 years and have never gotten him to steal anything.

but the funny thing is i have the i taunt pant devil avv, yet i don't have him as a challenger. *yes i just checked to be sure, no i don't have him*

the world is against me

oh and to get him from the wheel is very rare, i spin it all the time i can, and i've not gotten him. the funny thing was when i won 10k off the wheel i would have swapped it to have the pant devil steal from me, how odd.
