You may have to wait for a while for the email to arrive. If it doesn't arrive after a few hours, then try again.

Also make sure it isn't going to your junk fold. Hotmail does that somethimes, it'll put it in your junk/spam folder instead of your inbox.

Sometimes you just have to request it again. It usually shows up the second time.
