Frozen - Still Patiently Waiting for Replys, Day 13

Neopets account: secretdude231.

What a shock.}

Nov. 1, 2004. I was frozen for "This account was using an 'auto buyer' to buy things from Neopet shops." Yet I've never used an auto buyer in my life. I believe they might have confused me buying from tp, then selling in my shop.

I have never had a good experience auto submission forms, it took a miracle of a friend to get back one of my old accounts that I lost my password too and didnt have an email in the email section. The automatic response form totally ignored me completely.

Any ideas what to do? The 150 characters for the auto reply form isn't enough to tell the complete story. I got too much to in there to start over, all over a simple misunderstanding :(

I wrote directly to a staff member and got a positive result the next day! It was GREAT response time.

However, they said I should be able to access my account and it is still frozen.

have any idea which staff members to write to? The last time I had to message a staff member was 3 years ago. They might have changed by now.

So many of the staff addresses do not work anymore.

I wish you luck! It's hard to rebuild an account, but alot of us have to do it.
I think, that if within a week or two you still get no reply, you should create another account and start trying to re-build.
The sooner you start, the faster your back where you want to be :D

its wierd, but my backup account has improve defend and lab, and a decent pet, but no weapons

it is also 1 month older (49 months) than my current account.

I also didnt leave myself much in this account. :|

I dont remember how to work with so little, If i had 300k more, I could work with Honey Potion, buying at 650k, selling at 680k. Gradually going up. But at 350k, I dont know what to do because I have no skill at restocking or auction sniping.

I might not even have this account, if my friend did not speak with the staff directly. Somehow he got attention after buying the 00 negg and selling it a long time ago. :)

Good luck. All I ever get is automated responses and I hope your luck i8s better than mine.

One of my friends was frozen twice in a wekk for cheating on games because she can score well on "The Buzzer Game". :/

I was frozen with the same reason as you months ago, managed to get it back after a kind staff read my mail. Let me dig out my mail and check.......

Include your activites before you were frozen. Things you have bought from the shops. Your computer details like speed and internet speed.

Well I've seen people unfrozen 1 day after they got frozen, and I've seen people go over 2 years without being unfrozen, matters how parsistant you are, and how nice tnt is. Did you try the staff members email addresses, bill is suppose to be a good person for unfreezing
