Space Faerie Quest help please

Should I do the space Faerie's quest - she wants a Dragoyle, which I have, but I dont know if it is worth it..

I've generally found most of the Faerie Quests (Except the Earth Faerie) to be pretty much worth it, if that helps

She will make you pet gain 4 levels. So, it really depends on whether or not levels mean that much to you if you decide to do it.

Me? I train my pet constantly, and it costs me 15k each time I want to train one stat, so for ME, it would definitely be worth it.

If your pet is over a certain level, they need two or more codestones for each course

Right, so should I give her her silly petpet, though I really like it, and I have two pets, one which I dont really like,

If you give her the petpet, she will raise one of your pets 4 levels. The Dragoyle is worth a good chunk of NP. Like I already said, it's up to you whether you are willing to give up an expensive petpet for 4 levels.

actualy the having two pets is a good point -- you might not know who gets the stat boost -- i have one pet where it would be more than worth doing that and another that might be but then two lab pets who are going to go up for adoption and are not worth it. personally i would do it, but only after i got them adopted.

So make your decision assuming it's a 50-50 chance

I'm not sure if there's a way you can tell who the stats will go to (is it the pet who was active when you got the quest?)

Nope, It's just a random pet. My Kougra is always active, yet the stats I gain from faerie quests ALWAYS (and I literally do mean always) go to my Baby Usul.
