Is NeoPets down?

I was at NeoPets just now and the pages stopped pulling up for me. Usually when it does that, I just shut those pages down and pull up some new ones and NeoPets comes up just fine. But I can't get NeoPets to come up on any new pages! Is it down or just me?

It's working just wonderful for me at the moment. :)

It's not restocking, but that's another issue altogether...
