I ususally do this every day for the extra 150np. but today on the third try there were 1914 potatoes! Has anyone ever seen this many before?
usually it's about 50-80.
BTW I got it wrong so I don't know if they wouldn't given me 50np as usual or if it woul've been a bigger prize.

Yep. 
It happens every once in a while. You get the same amount of neopoints.
There is some way to know the count in the coding or something, but I don't remember how.

You search the code for P13=. The thing after the = is the number. At least, I think so. It's been a while.

Havn't done it myself in a while, but I used to just refresh until I got 
0 and then start counting.. since it doesn't usually take longer than 30 secs to count up to 30...

Counting by 5's works well for me. I've gotten that huge pile before, and I'm usually 2 or 3 off for it, too! I almost wonder if he's cheating.
