Has anyone figured out what the blue speck in Faerie Land is for? I went there and got a plushie, but does anyone know what its actually for?

Its a The Discarded Magical Blue Grundo Plushie of Prosperity.

Its most likely part of the current plot. Its been there for quite some time now
