Quests - So Little of them exists...

I had sent a letter in to the Editorial concerning what I'm about to say, and hopefully I see a response later today when the Times is let out of the box.
Anyways, do you realize we haven't had a new quest person (Who we can do more the one a day, so keep Jhud and Illu out of this...) since the "Discovery" of Tyrannia? He was the Space Ship guy from the future who abruptly left!!!
I want to see TNT create Three New Quest people.
1. Darigan Citadale - Shouldn't Darigan Redeem be requesting things, and giving things as a thanks???
2. Roo Island - King Roo, King of Dice-A-Roo. Shouldn't he be asking for objects?
3. Lost Desert - The Royal Family. Shouldn't the Royal family be requesting things and give you objects in response?
Now maybe these don't have to be like Kitchen and Snow Faerie Quests, but maybe like the Treasure Hunt we had before it was tooken down due to the dozen accounts create to get the maps (I admit, I did do it.) and yet we haven't seen anything that gives us map pieces besides Scorchy Slots, and Scorchy Slots only gives "Piece of a Treasure Map" and nothing else.
Now maybe the Royal Family can give out map pieces, King Roo can give out prizes from certain games and Darigan can give out thigns associated with the citadel, or other things in general and just as wide as Kitchen Quests. Perhaps Darigan could be another Snow Faerie or Kitchen Quest person. 2,000 NP, a Snowball and a item? Or a decently rare item like the Chef gives if not training points.
As you see, I really would love to see three new quest people. Not nesscairly the ones I've listed above, but every other place on Neopets (besides Kiko lake which I did not list, I couldn't think of anything, and Brightvale) has something.
Hopefully Adam or someone reads this and had realized there has been a lack of quest people, and will also raise the daily quests to 15 instead of 10. (It's been three years...not a single raise *Sniff*)
You've enjoyed "Two Cents" by Charlie Grimes, AKA Slime Lord. You can locate him East of Meridell in Slime Tower. Just don't let the Oozing Chia Guards block you're way.

I think we should have Coltzan's Quests. It'd be like Illusen/Jhudora.

Oh yes, and hopefully they will remove the 10 daily quests off of Edna for folks like me that are over 2400 quests completed, and STILL have no avatar. I never understood the point of restricting Edna quests anyhow.....surely not to limit the influx of oh-so-rare clawmatoes? O_o
You end up losing money with Edna in the long run, not gaining....so that quest cap really needs to either come off, or the reward increased to make it justified.

Given I don't want to see anymore Jhud/Illu quests...I must admit that would be a very good idea. Given I wouldn't be able to get to 40th level on it.
Edit: Yes, deffiently with Edna. Either she should be singlely raised, or her reward should be greatly raised. 100NP for 400NP items x10 kind of shoots you down the drain...
