I believe this is the email:

mailto:felicia@neopets.com

I've never had to email her myself, but have heard tons of good things about her unfreezing accounts, etc., and just writing quick, HUMAN replies. You should probably write to as many people as you can, but I 've heard she's the best person to write to.

lol, well phoning them did no good at all. The phone number is "business" only. My dad asked how long it should take to get a reply back, and she told that they get 10000 emails on a regular day, and they go through them in order. :o That's crazyness.

Well, at least we know why it takes so long for us to get replies from them. =p

good news: Just fill out the form the best you can and you should be able to get your account back in 1-2 weeks.

bad news: After 2-3 weeks if you didn't hear try again and like that. If they don't reply at all after your second try it's unlikely they ever will. (see my web site for details)

I hope you get your account back. I know that if you believe that you'll get it back, there is hope that it would happen.

Somebody on the neoboard said that you could be frozen if you use the word "Bump". :o

Gah! :o Is there anything you can't be warned/frozen for?

Bump getting you frozen? The only way I can see that is if someone is repeatedly bumping their board (like the posts with 10 bumps in a row) - that's considered spamming. Maybe a warning for that, and I guess if they keep doing it, then they are "breaking the rules after a warning was given". I know people have been warned/frozen for begging, but that seems to take mass reporting (which I do not take part in).

I don't understand how you can be frozen for something when you haven't even been on the site though. I have seen it before, but it just makes no sense. It's like getting a warning for something, but for whatever reason you don't log into that account for a few days -- you don't know you even got the warning. Then, you do go to log in only to find you've been frozen. Why? Because whatever the warning was for you didn't "fix" because you couldn't because you didn't know because you hadn't even been on the site.

As far as reading the reports before freezing, well, I don't think they always do. Especially in a "revenge" type of thing...Let's say you have a disagreement, argument, whatever with someone. They decide to report you and get their friends to do the same. You, 9 times out of 10, will be frozen. Not because you've actually broken a rule, but because someone decided to be petty. And who's to say that a person reporting a neomail or message won't "doctor" what you said in the report just to get you in trouble.
