Most of the people who play Neopets are in their teens. ALL teens know what...that part of the male human anatomy (o_o;)...looks like (thanks to 'The Talk' *gags* @_@). Believe me, it wouldn't take much imagination to notice what it resembles.

I've got to agree with you about that. But there are whole families who play Neopets and some parents (or maybe just a random concerned adult) found it offensive and suggested to the Team for it to be changed.

true that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at the picture and description to come up with the connection but i wonder how many players in neopets readily link that automatically when they chanced upon the item. i am not aware of this until Hollypop's post brought to my attention and i do know this item exists. it would take a really idle and wandering mind to scrutinise that item and activating that thought process. nevertheless, isn't it ironic that by suddenly changing the piccy and description of the item, it drew more attention than it would if unchanged
