try setting a set time when you can play neopets.. like 8-9 for example.. make sure you inforce it to keep your comp off or neopets banned until it's 8..

Or allow yourself a half hour or hour for play, set a timer, and when it goes off you stop. If you can't, you miss your hour next day.

the easiest thing to do would be to get a 56k modem connection where you'll have to wait 5 mins to take 3 steps
