I was offered a Lolly Snot in trades. I cannot find it at neoitems.net. IS it new, old, any info would be nice b4 I accept/reject.

EDIT:I know it's not NEW because it is not at the bottom of those who have it in gallery

I'd neomail someone who has it in their gallery and ask if they know how much it's worth. They probably won't mind if you mail them -- it's not like you'd be begging for it or anything annoying.
