I'm confused, have they been released or not? I downloaded the toolbar and there was no neopets button, but I kept it anyway.. and yet didn't get the chance to create an ice bori. did ANYONE manage to get one yet? I thought they were going to release them later or something but people are saying they've already been released.. thanks alot ;)

I believe you have to wait 'till the neopet gets released, and then you can create an ice bori. I'm not sure though, I missed downloading the toolbar >< Does anyone know if you're only allowed to create 1 ice bori once they come out or can you create multiples?
