Ehhh... I don't think Gold would be a very popular RE color change. I mean, for example: I'm working on getting a maraquan paint brush to color my techo with. When I finally save enough to get it and paint him, if he ends up turning gold because I keep him "too happy" I'll be quite angry.

I wish all these random events would only happen to people with plain colored pets and nothing much to lose. If your pet was one of the basic colors you wouldn't be so upset if it changed, unless you really really were attached to yellow or something...
