When bored, I usually look trough source codes (I know, I know I R nerd) and this time it was Neopets' turn.

I opened the game launcher file for Destruct-O-Match II and found this URL: http://www225.sjo.neopets.com

Aside from the different URL, does anyone know the difference between the 225.sjo domain and the normal http://www.neopets.com?

http://www.neopets.com is not a "real" server. It passes your requests onto "real" servers (such as www152.neopets.com or www252.sjo.neopets.com ), in order to balance the load.

Some scripts will only work if you're using http://www.neopets.com (an example of this is the bank).
