Yes, we shall sit on some random rock in some random desert together and watch everyone else get rich with that type of thing, and we shall shake our head and say "Naaaar, we'll make our fortune the good ol' traditional way, by spending nothing. You'll see, You'll all see!" whilst shaking our fists in the air.

Umm...I'll shut up.

hey, AWESOME profit!

But HOW do you people restock!?!?!?

I have an ultra fast cable connection (usually my speed is at 3 megabits per second) so it's good, but every time I am lucky enough to even glance at an item I want it is gone the very second I click it!!

Does it take lots of practice?

I am a stay at home mom with hours of free time and would love to learn. :D

Thx for replying to my first thread :) ,anyway just wanna clarify something,an inflator is someone who purposely buys items which do not have any demand at any point of time and thus temporaily increase the price in the hope to confuse users to buy them.An hoarder eg. like me,I am already hoarding uncommon chocolates during the war, meaning that I bought lots of items in the hope that the price will increase in the future,in the process the item of that hoarded item had a slight increase of price, but should return to its normal price since i usually buy like 10 each day so that the price does not increase a lot.

:roflol: ^___^ I get rich via random events. See? The sitting on a rock idea really does work out. As long as you have your lucky rabbit's foot with you.

*shakes fist and grows long, white beard*

I don't restock--I am horrible at it and have no patience to sit around and wait for a shop to restock. But, I do "resell," meaning if I see something cheap in someone's shop, I buy it and then resell it at the market rate. Which is why I had a lot of chocolate and bakery stuff laying around--stuff I had seen in shops that I threw into my SDB because my shop was full at the time and I am too cheap to increase my shop size (you'd be amazed at the stuff in there).

I have made a lot reselling, as have others who have the patience and the knack for it. And, it forces you to pretty much know the prices of just about anything and everything--so you need a pretty good memory to know what is and what is not worth it when you go into someone's shop. That pretty much comes from experience--I have been doing it for two years now and it has paid for almost every one of the plushies in my 650+ plushie gallery (which, I don't mean to brag, is nothing to sneeze at), bought my kid and myself a few paintbrushes and petpets, and my hubby a few nice lupe items for his gallery.

It isn't for everyone, but can be just as profitable as restocking if you are good at it.
