How can you tell if you've been Restock Banned?

I think I have theres nothing even in the junk shops...how long does it last also?

can someone check for me if theres stuff in the tiki shop please?

Tiki Taka shop empty = your banned.

Unless the restock module from Neopets is down -- in which case, the Neoboards would be be going crazy.

There's stuff in the Tiki Tak. If you can't see it, you've definitly been banned. I've only been banned once and it lasted a full 24 hours. Others I know have been banned for longer. I think the time length is random.

does it matter if you go and visit the shops will it make the ban start over? or will you just start seeing stuff eventually

doesn't matter if you visit any shop, since you can't even see anything in there. Try playing games etc and wait for the day to be over then check to see if you are unbanned. Eventually the ban goes off.
