I honestly haven't seen too much of a change--expensive quests thrown in with inexpensive quests. Some of the quests are very expensive because as someone said earlier the prices of chocolates and bakery items have skyrocketed because of the snowfaerie av. Eventually, the prices of those items will drop and the quests won't seem as expensive.

Maybe, I just visit them more often? I don't do the quests once a day, but instead go to the questors as often as they will let me. If the stuff they are asking for is beyond the limit I have set, then I just go back as soon as the time is up to ask for another one.

In fact, I just got a snow faerie quest for 2 items costing about 1000nps in total. And got about 5000np return on it. Not a DBD, but I am afraid the days of DBDs and sinsis swords are over--rumor had it that too many people were cheating with automated programs.

I definitely agree with morningstar, you can't treat the quests as a once daily thing. Go back as often as you can (unless you can only be online once a day), do the ones you can and ignore the ones you can't. You will get ones that are worth doing.

But, after saying that, I can say that it has seemed like quests are getting more and more expensive. I'm waiting for the snow faerie ones to drop before I do them again.

I've been wondering at the price increase lately, myself. The Esophagor has asked me a few times the past couple days for totally unbuyable items. Taelia keeps asking for super expensive things herself - it seems to me that this has been happening since the avatar came out.

On another note, does anyone have advice about a general price limit on quest items for the Esophagor?? He just asked me for something that costs around 4800 NPs, and I'm hesitant to buy it for him.... o_O

Looking to buy Snowbunny Stamp and Sticky Snowflake Stamp. If you're selling, please PM me!

I defintely do not treat them like once a day thing. I spend way too much time on Neo. Being a stay at home mom lets me do that. And I do go back to try for another quest as soon as the previous quest's time has run out. But it is always the same thing, they want expensive/unbuyable items.

When I first started PPT, I found something someone had written about quests--and I have pretty much followed it ever since. Some people call me cheap, but I have found it to work for me. My limits are as follows: 400 nps for kitchen (unless you battle with your pet, then it is worth more), 200 nps for witch (used to be 400 until Test Your Strength lowered spooky food prices), 400 nps for esophagor, 2500 nps for Snow Faerie. It's all a matter of economics, really. Is the cost (risk) worth the potential benefit?

And, just a note: I got two good quests today. Esoghagor gave me a stego for stuff worth about 120 nps and Snow Faerie gave me Dollar Menu Side Salad and 2500 nps for stuff worth about 1300 nps. So, worthwhile quests are out there. You just have to go as often as they will let you and then decide which ones to take and which ones to skip.

About the Kitchen Quests...Seems like they've lowered the chance of getting stats by quite a bit.
I can do a KQ for about 2800 and get 800 Neopoints in return.
Gah...thanks TNT, it was hard enough already...
