I asked this in the Games forum but don't seem to be getting a response. Since this isn't actually related to the playing of the game, perhaps this is a better place for ir?

I can't seem to get HatIC to run in Firefox, only in IE, despite the fact that I have the latest version of Flash/Shockwave installed in Firefox (and re-installed it last night to make sure.)

Has anyone else had this problem, or am I special? :-)

Suggestions?

I used to have this problem with all of the shockwave games, make sure your firefox is updated thats what the problem was with me.

well it surely goes slower for firefox, but i'd make sure you have FireFox v. 1.0

Make sure you update your Shockwave and Flash in firefox. When you download it, you MUST redownload it them for firefox. Most of the time you will see a yellow banner saying that u must download a missing plugin. Click on it and it will search for the plugin and click next it will install. If that doesnt work, in your FIREFOX EXPLORER go to http://www.macromedia.com and download your missing plugin(s) Flash and/or Shockwave

I was playing this morning, and it appears to be working perfectly fine o.O

I upgraded Firefox from Firefox 1.0 PR to the regular 1.0 and it seems to work -- provided that HatIC is the first thing I launch when I start the browser. Otherwise it still won't run. (For that matter, maybe it would have run in PR if I'd done it first thing.)

Perhaps it's more that my computer is fairly old and slow.
