I'm curious, if you sent it to someone who wasn't going to be able to sign on today, would they still unlock the sidebar? Because my boyfriend isn't around today and won't be back until probably late tomorrow, and I wanted to get one and send it to him.
By the way, did someone want to sell me one for cheap (less than the 99,999+ NP they're being sold for in user shops and TP)? I can't seem to restock one...

They are reasonably common, except that many many people are trying to get them which makes them much more difficult to obtain. I haven't even seen one in the shops yet. :oops:

Another silly question from an old school restocker.

Do all the items in a restock appear at once now ... or do they still slowly show up in the shop over time? I am not seeing multiple "waves" of items like I used to remember

I'm pretty sure they show up over time, but I'm not completely sure.
