I can't seem to sell it, despite it being cheaper than shop wizard prices.
Why?

Maybe it's because not many people even know about it or need it, so they don't really go looking for it.
I remember not being able to sell a book I found for a week or so.
It might help to advertise ...

Your best bet would be to try to sell or trade it in the Trades. That way people will look up the price on the Wiz see your's is cheep and may bid on it.
