I doubt it is a new type of RE, I know darts/arrows have been given out on the site through REs for a long time now, I always seem to get them as REs when I'm desperate for neopoints and could do with the odd codestone. Congratulations on the dart though :)

As for Asper Gen himself, I'm not sure who he is, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything major on him. He must just be some random character they have around.

Ooooh Jasper Gen, that would be why I didn't find him in the Trade Cards that, and the fact that for some inexplicable reason I was looking up the Skeiths *shakes head* I think maybe I need to get some sleep, eh? ;)
