It seems that now, items in your inventory are sorted by when they were added (oldest at the top of the page, newest at the bottom). I distinctly remember them just sort of being randomly arranged up to a couple of weeks ago.

ah, so they are. I was wondering what was different about my inventory. At least this might make it easier for me to quickly find stuff in my inventory.

Definitely an improvement but I can't help wondering why they're doing things like this - surely there are more pressing issues to attend to, such as numbering map pieces? *glares at tnt*. I can't imagine anyone complaining that their inventory wasn't in chronological order - but hey, like I said, it's still a good, if random, improvement

I agree. It's so annoying to search on the wiz to only get the same thing!

They most likely made it frustrating on purpose. They feel we need a "challenge" or something

My inventory hasn't changed, plain omelette is after a kreludor book...

When you try to price your lab maps, you get really confused since prices vary a lot and you don't know which price to use

Frankly, I'd like to see the SDB be organized either alphabetically or by type. It would save me a lot of hassle going for that Packrat Avvie, you know? But as was said earlier, they probably want to give us a challenge....

I wish they would give us folders in the SDB, or at least let us search by item type, so I could see all the 'books' that I had, or all the 'petpets' There's probably 1000's hidden away in there, that I just can't find amounst the 2000-odd items.

I've always wished that too. It'd also be nice if they could list them in alphabetical order. It'd be so much easier though if they could somehow group the items by type.

Same, it would really help if they can also make categories, like in neomail, to put stuff, so you can find things more easily. You can store unbuyables in one spot, but all the other junk can be in another spot, and gift and such in another. It would make life so much easier...

Maybe we should start a campaign. I finally saw evdience of a campaign that worked and it's inspired me.

It's the book club honorary award thing, like they have in the gormet club. Everyone who agreed mailed the same question to the editorial, and eventually they got it it!

It doesnt't depend on when the item was released...just when you put it in your inventory.

If you take the Kreludor book out of inventory, then put it back in, it will now appear after the omelette.

I wish they would change the inventory back to the way it was before the randomness--trading post, inventory, auctioned items. I loved it that way.

chronological order? how...dumb! that's barely helpful at all, especially for players who have been on for a really long time.

how about arranging them by ITEM TYPE? or ALPHABETICAL ORDER? or something that makes an INKLING OF SENSE?!

the condition of the SDBs has bothered me for a long time, and seeing such a silly, useless "improvement" makes me rather angry.
