With the 3000 NP daily max, what I'd like to see is that if you get 3000 NP in ONE PLAY, you should be able to collect all of it. Then you wouldn't collect any more NP for the other two plays.

That way, you could play a game 3 times, score 2100, 400, and 500, and get your 3000 daily max.

It would be easier for players that stink at games, especially the children, because if you have a lucky streak, you can cash out on it. And it wouldn't destroy the economy or the "game" of neopets, because it would still be a daily limit.


Not that I play flash games anymore. Hearing about the freezings from other people here has scared me into never playing flash games again. So I barely get any NP anymore...

Neopets is like a kingdom in which the peasants are slaughtered for breathing the wrong way.

You're just paranoid-- most of the time, it's because of chatting, anyway. One suggestion won't hurt, I've done some plenty times-- one even quite offensive when I was mad-- and I didn't get in trouble.

I've been playing Neopets for almost two years now. Ever since coming to these forums, I've been scared of being frozen for no reason.

I don't play flash games anymore.
I don't look at the Neoboards, let alone post in them.
I don't do auctions.
I don't do trades.
My shop is tiny.
I get 100-200 NP a day.

I do live in paranoia, but that's because TNT seems to freeze first, ignore questions later, and I worked so hard to build up my collection of items.

I'd be devastated if I was frozen. I'd be crushed iced.

Loosen up! They might have an icy trigger finger, but remember that this is just a game and that you will always have the support of the folks on these forums. Should something happen to anyone here, I'll do what I ccan to help them (If I'm not in monetary shambles, which I usually am from careless spending.)

Yep you are paranoid. I'm 51 months old on neopets and I've yet to get frozen. You can play Neopets in peace as long as you watch what you say and do.

I'm very carefree on there and I'm doing quite well. No worries, just loosen up.

Flash games have fixed that crazy glitch and you can't get frozen on the neoboards unless you talk offtopic and really....seems the mod that was re-enforcing that rule has LONG left.


That must be hard keeping a profile that low.

Yeah, I went from earning over 40,000 NP a day to just 100-200 NP overnight because I stopped playing flash games.

I never really chatted in the Neoboards, but I did advertise my shop and trades/auctions. Now I don't even click on the boards link, just in case.

I stopped doing auctions or trades because I heard that those also resulted in unfair freezings.

All I do is my freebies, and restock my pitiful shop. I only keep 10 items in there now at a time, since large shops are now at risk.

It is a very low profile, but I keep telling myself that keeping my 2000+ items in my SDB from being frozen is worth it.... even if it means I'm too scared to do anything

That's the thing. TNT is so sporadic with their freezing, and so unfair, that Neopets stops being fun. Can you imagine this happening to a small child? How traumatic that is?!

I think its a decent idea. Pyramids, Solitaire, and Scarab 21 have daily limits of 5000 np. I don't see why they couldn't put a total limit of 3000 in however many plays its takes on the flash games. The max you can get in one play is 1000 and only get 3000 if your really good at the game. Some games I am so bad at i;m lucky to get 1000 total off all 3 plays.

offtopic: I notice evrytime people start getting 1000 per play on cetain games TNT changes the nps awarded so you get less nps for your score. There were several games I played that used to be an easy 3000 a day and now im lucky to get more than 1500 because they have lowered the amount of nps awarded.

Then, in my opinion, you are better off getting frozen then living in such paranoia and shackles.

Hey, chill it man! TNT is not that trigger-happy! I have played Neo for 2 and a half years and have never been frozen. Just keep on the right side of the law and you wil most likely be fine.

What he said. I once lived in a state of being paranoid like you, just not as bad, and one day I just got sick of it. I played a flash game. I was fine. So I continued.

I have a 16 month account and I would bawl if I lost my pets. Even if pixels, I love them. But not enough to not live in Neopia at all. Just keep a low profile, and don't submit a score with containing a glitch or something odd, and only use the Trading Post or Auctions when needed. Plus, you can click the NeoBoards link and read posts.. just LOOKING won't freeze you.

And if you somehow loose it all.. its only a game. There is no point in playing if you aren't having fun!

I've only been frozen once, and that was when I disabled my account, because I got hacked. Your more in danger of getting hacked, then frozen, I believe. And if your lucky that won't even happen--the only reason I got hacked was because I forgot to log out at the library.

That is a good idea... it certainly would let me get more NP per day.

Yeah, i wouldn't be TOO paranoid. Neopets has much bigger fish to fry.
