If possible, when you find a statue, could you please post your riddle, the door color, shape and symbol and the symbol of the statue and tell whether or not the symbols are on your tablet?

My Riddle:

Mouth of the river - Triangle
Bright guardian of the night - Silver

I found the statue on my 5th attempt. It had the symbol of Fer (fish) on the door.

The statue has the symbol of Set on it.

The first symbol on my tablet is Set.
No other symbols match - 1 lat and 2 Ra symbols.

I can't remember what scrolls I read.

I'm not entirely sure how people are inferring things from the 2 lines of riddles they provide us.. can someone care to fill me in? I really want to know how.. it's killing me! :P

My riddle is "The waking dawn on the dunes; A humble portal of stone"

What I think it's a red door with a Benu symbol (bird) on it because I've read somewhere that it symbolises dawn. But I'm not sure what shaped door to pick.. I've picked a red pentagon one with Benu on it because that's the only one I can find on my half-completed map so far and was gassed :P

However I'm also not entirely sure if it's right to interpret that way because of the line "a humble portal of stone" as it might mean a silver or green door (silver = rock colour? green = rock with moss on it?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated 0:)

Look for a red rectangle door.

Thanks.. I'm getting the drift here :D So it's only possible to tell the door colour and shape from the 2 riddle lines?

I'm mapping with good ol' pen, coloured ink of course, and paper - it'll take awhile but it'll be handy and it's quite accurate.

I think I've noticed a pattern, for mappers and explorers in general - the door/passageway/tunnel thing farthest on the left seems to be the one that takes you back to the room you came from :) Still testing my theory as I map here..

I'm also mapping with pen and paper.. luckily I was nuts and bought a ton of coloured pens years ago :P I'm pretty amused that I could cram the whole map into one piece of A4-sized paper! (Close to completing.. wanted to complete it last night but I got drowned in lag suddenly and I F5-ed and I found myself hanging above spikes :( )

Had no time to map the last few rooms before leaving for work this morning.. guess I'll do it tonight. I did manage to sneak into the library (blue river room)to read one scroll before I left for work though :P It was a yellow Benu (chicken) scroll.

I found all 3 libraries - river, maze and gems, along with 1 blank slab. I think I have about 80 sets of rooms so far.. and keeping in mind that someone mentioned there should only be 85 sets.. I think I'm not that far off! 0:)

Argh that means I have to map another 25 sets! It's going to be a tight squeeze on my page!

Well, I am kind of mapping in Notepad. I am using a graphing tool called Graphviz. I was using the tool for some of my work and figured that it would be useful. At the moment it is in black and white, but I will go through and put some pretty colours etc in once I have time.

Wait, can you define a "set"? I'm thinking in rows, I'm wondering if we're on the same page here...

I found the statue!
My riddle was:
A humble portal of stone
A humble portal of stone

The door was a black rectangle with the ankh (ahn)
The statue has a duck on it (ben)

If anyone's curious, this is what my map looks like from my Notepad lol

1a. rec (blue, waves), DOOR1, DOOR2, oval (blue, sun), oval (yellow, eye) = DOOR1 -- 4a, DOOR2 -- 2v
*2a. DOOR1, DOOR2, tri (blue, paw), DOOR3, tri (black, paw) = DOOR1 -- 4c, DOOR2 -- 4f, DOOR3 -- 3c
3a. rec (green, eye), oval (green, lantern), DOOR1, DOOR2, DOOR3 = DOOR1 -- 2j, DOOR2 -- 6d, DOOR3 -- 7d
4a. DOOR1, DOOR2, rec (black, feathers), oval (black, paw), DOOR3 = DOOR1 -- 1a, DOOR2 -- 1f, DOOR3 -- 1h
5a. 5 (black, leaf), rec (blue, chick), 5 (yellow, feathers), DOOR1, tri (blue, chick) = DOOR1 -- 5b

To me it seems kind of easier, because when I know what door I'm looking for I can just type it in the search and backtrack to get there....Why are you all looking at me like I'm insane, stop that.

Oh, and the star is there for the entrance of the temple, and "5" means the star shaped door. By the time I figured out another name for it, I thought it would be a bad idea to change all the 5's because I'd probably mess my map up lol.

Just in case anyone's keeping track: My statue room is a red rectangle with the sun symbol over it, with an ankh on the statue.

It's 'The waking dawn on the dunes; A humble portal of stone', but the fact that it was a red rectangle gave that away. :P

I just reached my statue, but I have no idea what to say to it... Am I just supposed to use the prophecy that was written over the door?

No one really knows - we are yet to discover it. But that's a great idea to try.

my theory is that we wont be able to figure our what to say to the fairy until the tablet is complete. i think it wil be that "you have completed the tablet. you translate it and see that it says blah blah blah". then you say that to the fairy. but i think that you might need the real scrolls in order to do anything. i dont know thats my theory.

Hello, I'm new here, but I took your advise and used my riddle to get my statue door. It was my first try and it was right.

My riddle is:

Bright guardian of the night

Mouth of the river

My door was: Silver Triangle, with this symbol.

I hope that helps someone.

Allegedly someone has correctly answered a statue, but refuses to say what they entered(which is sort of understanable since this is kind of a race). All they were willing to reveal is that the prophecy has nothing to do with the RE scrolls or the Linrary scrolls... of course this person could just be trying to throw others off, and leave them further behind. . let us not forget how paranoid people can become in times of plot.

I also know someone who has tried entering various version of their riddle for the faerie statue. They tried the riddle in normal words, translated into scroll names, that same thing plus the glyph on the door, and the riddle version of the glyph on that door
