lol its been 3 weeks since they promised the logic puzzle game would be updated, and now guess they forgot about it
you really give them too much credit, i mean...imagine what they have to do in an 8 hour workday,....the entire site is already there...just have to make news updates and some little crap...
It's not that simple. I've worked (and still somewhat do) as a professional games tester. You have no idea as to the number of things that can go horribly and painfully wrong based on one tiny code change. I would hope, at least, that they're testing to make sure prize distribution works correctly and that the prizes aren't unbalancing to the rest of the game. Plus, that can't possibly be the only thing they're working on. It's far, far more than just some news updates, I'm sure. Yes, it often takes them longer than seems fair to release things. But it's not like anyone is sitting around thinking, "Hey, let's make people suffer by waiting to release these things."
I can very easily imagine what they do in a workday, because I work in the same industry. I imagine that they work very hard on art creation, new item creation, making things as balanced as they can, new game design and creation (which includes all of the art and programming for that game), other new content creation, and that's not even counting any customer service or testing. And I'm quite sure there's far more for them to do every day than even what I just listed. And I'm sure if they hired more employees, they could do more or do things faster, but they haven't, and I don't think any amount of complaining will change that (although it's worth noting that the jobs page does say that they're hiring more programmers).
*shrug* You're quite welcome to continue to think that all they have to do every day is update the news and they spend the rest of their time doing whatever and still somehow getting paid for this, but I can't imagine that's the case. I know if I did that little work every day, I'd be fired. I do expect that they forgot about the logic puzzle. I'm sure they need better organizational skills. I'm also sure that they'd forgotten the NQII prizes I mentioned in my last post until I reminded them for a month or so. And yeah, while it probably shouldn't take even weeks to get prizes out, like I've said before, I'd rather wait and have everything be glitch-free or close to it than have it right now and have my prize glitched away, or not be able to equip it, or any number of other things that could go wrong with it.
